It appears that the photo of the luxurious, thick Flokati rug displayed on Amazon is of a completely different rug -- the one that I received is almost threadbare and flat. I had ordered two of the rugs, and received only one. When I requested a return, I received a very pleasant e-mail telling me that the manufacturer was being contacted, and that there should be no problem returning the item. I received subsequent e-mails, asking me to be patient. One week later, despite my request to cancel, I received the second threadbare, sorry-looking rug! As of the date of writing, I am still awaiting return instructions for both rugs, and hope that I will not have to pay for shipping on the second one. Unless these people wake up and authorize return shipping immediately, I would really recommend not dealing with them at all. AWFUL!
