With four puppers, I knew better not to use this as a rug. So it's thrown across a favorite landing pad of my dogs - a chaise longue. It's a bit tangled and not as plush as I had anticipated, but it's still a great, warm spot and adds interesting texture. It also hides a lot of fur and soil from dirty paws.

This rug is probably not the "best" quality but it is pretty nice & soft. The color is a cream color with a touch of yellow, but definitely not a pure "white." Mine is on top of a hard wood floor so I had to place a good rubber rug pad under there to prevent slipping. My little Chihuahua & 2 Persian kitties love laying on it. I haven't had the shedding problem that others have had but it does need to be lightly combed out in some places to prevent the matted look. Very warm too!
